What makes us different to riding schools and livery yards?
We are a kid friendly livery yard and riding club in Portaferry County Down. Northern Ireland. We support young people on their journey to pony ownership with the help off local equestrian experts in their field. We run as a club to keep cost down as much as possible and make the sport accessible to the local community.

During covid we watched as our community struggled with children's mental health declining and a lack of support for those who needed it. It was apparent to us there was a need for a community farm. Somewhere affordable and inclusive for all, safe and educational with both therapeutic and sporting opportunities accessible to members from
all socioeconomic backgrounds.

We are fully committed to equality opportunity and inclusive activities and feel strongly about as a club educating our young people about the importance of this and all the good we can do as a team. All our members have their own needs from the ponies and we out source experts in the industry to assist with there knowledge whether that be animal therapy to eventing.
